Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a reshipment.
To be eligible for a free reshipment, you must photograph your package upon arrival.
If you have any issues upon delivery, we will reship at no extra cost to the purchaser.
All sales are final. We do not allow refunds.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please photograph package upon arrival.
Additional deliveries and replacements related to purchaser’s mishaps cost an additional $50 per clone and $100 per tissue culture for the replacement plus shipping and handling.
